(2) Golden Ticket – A select group of people who have done all weigh ins and did not earn cash prizes in either of the other two ways to win, will be drawn at random.  

(3) Transformation – 4 Categories each will win a cash prize

Participants MUST be on call, & submit proof. Instructions will be given on call for how to submit proof. Time frame to submit proof will be within one hour of call ending.

Instructions to sign up as a coach –

If you have not coached a challenge before:

  1. Go to https://aspire2change.com/ and click “Login” in the menu.
  2. Click the “Register” link next to “Forgot Password?” and create an account.
  3. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for an email from WordPress asking you to reset/create a password. This email from WordPress might take several minutes to come through.
  4. Once logged into the site, go to the “Coach Registration” page in the menu and fill out that form with your first and last name (Capitalize the first letters in each name) and the email you want to use for the challenge. You’re not actually registered as a coach for this challenge until this form is filled out.

If you have been a challenger, and are now a coach in a challenge:

  1. Go to https://aspire2change.com/ 
  2. Click “register for challenge”
  3. Telegram Michelle @PresPackChallenge to get your admin rights switched over to “coach”

Instructions for how clients register:

If client has never joined a challenge before:

    1. Go to https://aspire2change.com/
    2. Click on:
      • the “Register” button on the Winter MeltDown box on the home page the “6 Week Challenge” menu item
      • or the “Client Login or Account Creation” menu item in the “6 Week Challenge” menu dropdown
    1. Create an account
    2. Once logged in, they’ll be led to the “Client Registration” page where they fill out the form and click “register and pay” button
    3. Client will get ONE email after registering, inviting them to the telegram group.

If client has been in a jump-start or prior 6 week BTC:

    1. Go to https://aspire2change.com/
    2. Click on:
      • the “Register” button on the Winter MeltDown box on the home page the “6 Week Challenge” menu item
      • or the “Client Login or Account Creation” menu item in the “6 Week Challenge” menu dropdown
    1. Login to their account

Instructions for first & last weigh ins

Weigh In’s are open from 12:00am to 9pm

Client will select which challenge they’re joining

      • Body Transformation Challenge 
      • Weight Loss Challenge

If in weight loss challenge (not in body transformation challenge)

  • Upload picture of the digital scale with the code word (CODE WORD MUST BE WRITTEN ON PAPER NEXT TO TOES)
  • Upload picture of proof of purchase 
  • Type in weight & secret code

If in body transformation challenge (not in weight loss challenge)

  • Upload 2 before pictures 
    • Please refer to the “Taking Before and After pictures” video. CODE WORD MUST BE WRITTEN ON PAPER AND HELD UP FOR PHOTOS. 
  • Chose demographic category
  • Upload picture of the digital scale with the code word (CODE WORD MUST BE WRITTEN ON PAPER NEXT TO TOES)

Instructions for weekly weigh ins & questionnaire

Weigh In’s are open from 12:00am to 9pm

1. Client will go to https://aspire2change.com/ 

2. Client MUST  log in to their account. 

If they do not, coach will not be notified. 

3. Enter weight *no pics needed except 1st & last weigh in

4. Fill out a 3 question check in that will be emailed to themselves and their coach.

How to see your clients weekly results:

Your email  should be checked every Monday or Wednesday to see if challengers have submitted their weight and code word. This is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to check in with clients who have not yet submitted weights! You will receive an email with 3 follow up questions and your clients weekly weigh in.
